“As a new mum, you have so many questions, the internet has lots of conflicting answers, and you end up feeling confused and frustrated. Emily’s support and guidance is truly invaluable and incredible to have at the other end of the phone!” - Becky

What is iDarlingMidwife?

iDarlingMidwife is a 1:1 virtual support service for your pregnancy/postnatal support from a registered and practising Midwife. You can contact me with all your concerns from 9 a.m. - 9 pm, seven days a week.

We will chat using WhatsApp, including videos, photos and voice notes.

When you sign up, include your mobile number, and I will message you ASAP to get started.

What can you help with?

Absolutely anything and everything! From any point in pregnancy to taking your first steps into parenting a new baby. I am way more accurate than Google and can provide advice tailored to your needs.

For example:

  • Quick shot advice for pregnancy, e.g. “I’m feeling a little under the weather today. Can I take paracetamol?” “Any advice for pelvic pain?”

  • More in-depth pregnancy support, e.g. discussing options around labour and birth and how to make decisions that are right for you.

  • Breastfeeding positioning, attachment and latch, and troubleshooting common issues.

  • Newborn well-being and care

  • Your physical and mental well-being - if you want to rant, decompress and say, “Today has been tough”, without fear of judgement, then I’m your girl.

How long can I have your support?

The longest subscription is six weeks, but we can organise a bespoke bundle for you if you need to add additional time

How long can I expect to wait for a reply?

My replies are usually quick. If, for some reason, I cannot be contacted for a few hours (if I’m making a face-to-face appointment, for example), I will send a message to my clients to let them know when I expect to be back at my phone. You can still message me during this time, but there may be a wait for a response.

Should I contact you in an emergency?
